A famous screenplay writer (whose name escapes me, unfortunately) said: “A screenplay in itself is not a work of art. It is an invitation to create a work of art.” I totally agree with this and I would actually go one step further and say that it is nearly impossible to create an exceptional film or play without an exceptional script to begin with.

Ever since the early theatre of Ancient Greece, morality, ethics and the idea of what is right and what is wrong has permeated theatre. As a topic, it has spawned some of theatre’s greatest and most thought-provoking works and playwrights. From 500 years BC to the present day, many plays have asked more from its audience in terms of challenging perceptions of what is right and what is wrong.
Striving to be the best, Tiara Jacquelina, the founder of Enfiniti Academy, aims to break traditions and create platforms for the new generation of Malaysian talents. Through Enfiniti Academy, her mission is to nurture new talents for the Malaysian local arts and entertainment industry. How did you get the idea to set up Enfiniti Academy?
We had an amazing weekend for Aladdin, A Musical Comedy - Reloaded at PJ Live Arts. The cast did a great performance and the audiences were great!
Everyone is busy as bees for our upcoming production of Aladdin, A Musical Comedy - Reloaded. Monday was the last day of rehearsal at Enfiniti Academy & yesterday was the first day of technical rehearsal at the theatre of PJ Live Arts in Jaya One. We are so excited for the opening night this Friday.
This December Enfiniti Academy's Aladdin a Musical Comedy is back with Aladdin Reloaded! Catch your favourite characters/stars such as Rashid Salleh as the Widow Twanky, Peter Davis as Abanaza & Tria Aziz as the Genie of the Ring in this fun show for the whole family. Every Tuesday is Drama and Hip Hop day here at Enfiniti Academy. We have Acting for Preschoolers at 4pm with Sharifah Sofia and Hip Hop dance for children aged 6-12 at 5pm with Ajim Aris.
